Yesterday was the first Valentines day that my dad was not my only valentine. I was so blessed to be able to spend Valentines day with my wonderful boyfriend, Ben. He is the most amazing, godly, thoughtful and caring guy that I know. I am so grateful for you, Ben! Here is my handsome valentine. 
When I woke up yesterday morning there was a beautiful bouquet of roses on the night stand along with the sweetest card and a valentines picture frame. 
We decided to take a romantic walk down the lake near their home, but after walking for about 10 min we gave up due to the crazy cold that decided to converge upon Florida. Last night we went on a dinner cruise on the Lady Anderson. 
The tables were adorned with rose petals and pink hearts decorated the room. As we cruised the Gulf they served a buffet of fish, shrimp, roast beef and chicken. 
The entertainment for the night was a band that played a combination of fun and slow love songs. During one of the slow songs Ben asked me to dance and we had our first dance together. 
To end the evening Ben told me that I could pick out whatever chick flick I would like to watch. I watched While you were sleeping while he dozed next to me since he was so tired from his early morning flower pick up. It was such a special Valentines day. Thank you, Ben, for being so sweet and making me the happiest girl on earth.
